For one dark week
To stop my body and mind perhaps
Not-mother, not-father
Not-friendship, not-home
Not-peace, not-dance
But war, not-sleep
Not-movement, not-freedom
Not-this Not-that,
Neti, Neti…
I’m allowing myself to suffer less
And practice Bodhichitta
