ABOUT

I practice dance, yoga, and Integral Zen.
Practice” is the word that best describes everything I do — and everything I share.

I have practiced dance for over 30 years, yoga for 20 years, and Integral Zen for 6 years.
I also sing, paint, design, and work in the garden.

I live in the countryside of Kashubia, Poland, where I share my experience with others:
To heal.
To grow.
To awaken.

Naturalness — the delicate and ethereal qualities of the body, alongside its strength and unpredictability — is at the heart of everything I do.

There is no codified dance technique in my work, and no singular yogic path I follow.
Sometimes I paint, sing, design costumes or clothing. I transform what’s seemingly useless into beauty.

I believe that committing to a system can be helpful in the beginning — it reveals and softens weaknesses.
But over time, it can become limiting.

That’s why, for me, the most important thing is that the body, mind, and spirit are able to listen to one another and communicate in an authentic and coherent way.

MY APPROACH

MY INSPIRATION

I am drawn to the multidimensionality of human life: body, breath, mind, and spirit.
In my work, these elements are always equal, and I aim to develop them simultaneously — and as evenly as possible.

I am fascinated by the human being as a whole: intellectual, physical, and spiritual.
And by how movement, dance, voice, and creation can guide us toward wholeness —
a self that is aware, and that uses that awareness fully.a dancer, choreographer, and teacher of yoga and meditation.

MY PATH IN DANCE

Dance was my first language — a tool for expressing what could not be put into words.
Over time, it became a form of therapy: a space for healing the body, emotions, and memory.
Later, it opened a space for creativity — allowing me to create, experiment, and cross boundaries.

Today, dance is something more: a practice of transformation.
A tool for shifting both inner and outer reality.
It is a path of awareness, presence, and embodied truth.

I have created an original therapeutic program based on dance improvisation, voice work, yoga, meditation, and Body-Mind Centering®.

My performances have been described as:
"Atmosphere, simple and expressive form, presence, a journey around personal expressions with a sensory dimension of perception.
Communication happens through the senses, not emotions. It is a dance of subtlety — of movement, sound, color, costume, props, dialogue, attentiveness, and attunement. It is a touching of that precious layer of being
."
